GENERAL COMMENTS

I was very pleased that Jo has revived the West Midlands Mouse Club, bringing back memories of the days when David Safe and I ran it. It was also good news that the entry was good enough to need two judges. Jo had me on standby in case I was necessary, and I was!

Stock in my section was mixed, some very good Selfs from Andrew and Steve.

The large classes of Blacks had a lot of quality mice in them, though several youngsters had light toenails. The Tans of Phil’s were as usual head and shoulders above the others.

Congratulations to Andrew, Best Self with a Black and also BIS with an Ivory Satin, and to Phil, Best Tan with a young Black, which was also Best Opposite Age in Show.

Thank you to Phil for stewarding. A pleasure to judge with Kelly, and I hope this revived WMMC will continue to flourish-keep up the good work, Jo.
