General Comments

Had a lovely first experience judging ! Thanks to [log in to see names] for allowing me to judge the show
Thank-you to my steward [log in to see names] you did an amazing job and [log in to see names] for stepping in near the end
The mice spoke for them selfs especially that silver satin buck WOW will be even better in weeks to come.

White (pink eye) Ad – 0

White (pink eye) U8 – 1

1st [log in to see names] B Good type with an amazing thick tail and good ice white colour

Cream Ad – 3

1st [log in to see names] B Nice colour and finish this mouse really presented himself well ,best colour out of 3

2nd [log in to see names] B Big buck with a good tail , Ears could be bigger slight yellow tinge

3rd [log in to see names] B Plump mouse , nice eyes and tail again ears could be bigger
Yellow tinge with a small amount of moult behind ears

Black Ad – 6

1st [log in to see names] B Deep rich black ! Good type , small amount of tan hairs round vent , white guard hairs round body

2nd [log in to see names] D Again a nice black mouse but thinner tail , Body and skull width

3rd [log in to see names] D Same as 2nd place but the thinner under and line spoiled

1st [log in to see names] D Best of the two I liked the deep colour but the large amount of moult + snipey head stopped this doe going further

2nd [log in to see names] D Square tail , mouse looked dehydrated and was extremely light

1st [log in to see names] Champagne Tan B Cham – top colour a tad dark , the type was great for a PE tan , condition was great but cobby in the face

1st [log in to see names] Dove Tan B Dove- this buck caught my eye straight away the sheer size was like a rat ! Tan + top colour was amazing but the light nose held it back

2nd [log in to see names] Cinnamon Tan D Cinnamon – Tan wasn’t very prominent , quite a thin doe for the AD class top colour was fair

1st [log in to see names] B Black – Really handleable Dutch ! Liked this mouse saddle decent but light ear and uneven cheeks held him back

Dutch U8 – 3

1st [log in to see names] D Red- bold eyes like beads , loved the colour , tail could be fatter
Saddle low and cheeks uneven

Broken Marked Ad – 3

1st [log in to see names] D Choc- 8 spot nice placement of most but some even spots on back end spoil

2nd [log in to see names] D Black- 8 spot nice mouse but thin tail and big patch on shoulder spoil

3rd [log in to see names] D Choc- 13 spot double nose spot and even in back apart from that a fit mouse

Broken Marked U8 – 3

1st [log in to see names] D Black- 6 spot nice placement of spots loved the eyes and type on this , the sides spot was a little large

2nd [log in to see names] D Black- need a few more weeks(very runty) apart from that nice pea spots well placed

3rd [log in to see names] B Black – even ears and back again a runty sized mouse

AOV Marked Ad – 3

1st [log in to see names] Variegated B Choc vari- very attractive mouse ! Good splashing all round and underneath
The conditions was second to non WOW ! BOA in show

2nd [log in to see names] Tricolour B Tri- really nice separation of colour on this mouse! Small amount of brindle on rear stopped this placing 1st

3rd [log in to see names] Tricolour B Tri- more brindle than the 2nd could have done with more patches of solid colour other than that a good mouse

AOV Marked U8 – 4

1st [log in to see names] Tricolour D Tri- some blended patches but rly nice type for a young mouse

2nd [log in to see names] Banded D Banded fawn- thin tail , top was fairly good for such a hard variety but under was spreading

Colour was of a freshly polished silver coin

1st [log in to see names] Cinnamon D CIN- even colouring on top but could have been richer needed more ticking

2nd [log in to see names] Agouti D Ag- not very red ticking was decent but had a light under and slight moult

3rd [log in to see names] Agouti D Ag- moult on the face like a mask needed a tone of red

SP Siamese Ad – 2

1st [log in to see names] B Good dark points ! Big mouse
Nice amount of shading a tiny bit of moult

2nd [log in to see names] D Little shading on this doe , great points , thinner tail and line under

1st [log in to see names] D Great type and colour for such a young mouse , silvering to come with age , tail could have been longer

Roan Ad – 1

1st [log in to see names] D Blue- a few solid patches , very light for a roan
Very thin under with almost a light to dark demarcation line

Roan U8 – 1

1st [log in to see names] B Black- nice even roaning , dark moult on head spoils , belly was lovely and even

AOV Ad – 3

1st [log in to see names] Pearl B Pearl- lovely light colour with a bright white under coat , good tail and type is coming , slight tan vent and moult on side

2nd [log in to see names] Silver Grey D Silver grey – nice mouse with good type and a thick tail , silvering well carried out ! Just moult held it back from 1st place

3rd [log in to see names] Pearl B Pearl- big bold eyes , had the most moult but liked the colour
Line under and tanned vent held it back

AOV U8 – 2

1st [log in to see names] Pearl B Pearl- nice silver colour with good white undercoat , thick coat with slight moult on head

2nd [log in to see names] Himalayan D Him- light all round , very small , needs darker points
