Club Secretary Wanted

I have agreed to become Club Secretary again until we can find a new candidate. I am currently on a sabbatical travelling, so I won’t be in the UK all the time. Anne decided to step down as Club Sec. Understandable, given the workload she already has as our Treasurer. Overseeing two posts is demanding and not many members appreciate how much time our officers spend serving the club. Thank you Anne for all you have done, particularly your work regarding our Stripe payment Gateway (see next section).
Anne has agreed to send out Yearbooks until a new permanent secretary has been found.

Anyone who feels up to the job as Club Secretary please apply to the Exec by emailing me on clubsec@thenationalmouseclub.co.uk. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask or use the comment section. One of the requirements is – you should have a computer running Windows11 or macOS. Our membership database is tightly integrated with the website and admins have access to special pages, where labels for Yearbooks can be printed and other administrative tasks can be performed. You cannot do this from a tablet or a phone!

Online Payment

If your membership is up for renewal and you want to renew online, please be aware that you cannot currently use online payment. Stripe (the payment gateway we use) only caters to businesses and does not like clubs. Anne is still fighting with them behind the scenes, so bear with us until (hopefully) online payment is restored. In the mean time, please pay into the account (details on membership page). Thanks!
