The NMC Spring Cup show host- ed by the LSCMRC at Harlow was another very well attended show. Congratulations to Laura Birchall on taking the top spot with a self black. Due to the good attendance a second judge was drafted in, Derek Creasey supplied his services. Good stuff.
I am pleased to say there are also a flux of members offering their services as stewards. The importance of a good steward cannot be stressed enough. They are a second pair of eyes for the judge. There also seems to be interest in becoming a judge. So good entries, keen stewards and prospective new judges. All very encouraging.
News from the shed not so good. As well as whiskers, the plot as far as breeding winners goes has been lost. I am getting stuck into a good sort out this weekend. I’ll be back…
