Yearbook Cover
Very disappointingly, I have received no further submissions for the yearbook cover, so the next issue will look very similar to the last. Thank you to for making the effort; I will keep his design in case we decide to make a change at some future point.
Shows
The Annual schedule appears in this issue—very exciting! Unfortunately, the fish & chip shop at Sowood closed down last Christmas so we will not be able to provide the fish & chip dinner. There is another shop not far away, we’re told, if you want to get your own, or bring a packed lunch. Tea/coffee and cakes will be available as usual.
It will be interesting to see how many of the 66 new members since the last show will attend. I hope it will be a lot!
As noted last month, there will be no AGM this year, nor will there be a ballot, and all membership renewals have been waived for 2021; your next subscription will be due in 2022.
Vacancies
Though there is no ballot, two of our most prominent officers are stepping down from their posts, owing to work and family commitments. The Executive will be very sorry to see and leaving their ranks, as both have been high contributors; has been a familiar face for a long time and I doubt there is a single fancier who has not had some of her mice at some point. Hopefully, we will still see them around, if less than before.
This of course means we have two posts to be filled, Treasurer and Cup Secretary. See below.
